Fixing Bikes
You might think it's weird but I love to fix bikes if I'm biking with my friends and something happens I usually fix it. If someone's chain falls off I'm usually right there to put it back on and lately I've been carrying a wrench around with me because my bike gets totalled all the time.
Lately I fell off doing a wheely then turning the handles and my horns were totally messed. One was up the other was down. There are so many things that got messed up on my bike. The reflectors on my pedals are cracked in half, it desperately needs a new paint job, my rear view mirror was busted off and shattered in my shed, my front wheels keep on hitting my brakes and my dish that covers the gears is bent in and out.
So what I'm going to tell you is how to fix those things if you busted your bike anyway like mine. For the reflectors go to Canadian Tire and if you live in the states then wherever they sell bike stuff, go to the bike section and buy a new one. The paint job I'd either wait for my dad or mom to help or I'd put stickers and stuff all over it. The rear view mirror, bike department again. For the front wheel what you have to do is take a wrench and tighten the wheel then ask your mom or dad to help you with the brakes to bend them straight. Last but not least first bend the dents that are in out with a hammer then tap lightly with the hammer to make it straight.
In the end I think that anyone can fix a bike it's very simple especially with the help of a parent.
